In 1998, we launched our first ‘Fitment Centre’ — Rob’s Magic Autocare Centre Nairobi — so that our specialised products could be fitted with our particular expertise and professionalism. In 2001, we opened a similar centre in Mombasa. Our success can be attributed to quality products and quality service. We now have Autocare centres in major towns and cities in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Sudan.

Unlike other ‘fast-fit’ outlets, our ethos is to offer our customers  professional maintenance and repair facilities for their vehicles’ plus Suspension, Steering, Tyres and 4x4 Accessories.

We are definitely not in the business of just selling Shock Absorbers.

Our technical, reception and management personnel are trained to identify a customer’s requirements, the cause of technical problems and then offer the best and most cost effective solutions. All of our personnel are ‘customer facing’ and customers are encouraged to watch the work being carried out on their vehicles. We utilise world proven technical equipment for diagnostic and rectification work, which is regularly calibrated to give the best results — first time!

In addition to solving suspension and steering problems, our Autocare centres supply and fit / Rob’s Magic/ Bilstein / Koni Shock absorbers, Goodyear/ Pirelli tyres, Chevron lubricants, CSA® alloy wheel rims, TJM® 4X4 / PIAA Accessories and Ramsey®/ T-Max winches as well as many other accessories including Turbo Kits and Rear Tray Liners.
 
Our Autocare Centres also provide an ‘all round’ servicing facility to our growing retail, diplomatic, NGO and fleet customer base. Each centre is equipped with ‘state of the art’ pristine service bays and computerised, contamination free, lubricant delivery systems.

These systems, supplied and maintained by Chevron, one of the leading Lubricant suppliers in the world, make for an ultra clean working environment. In addition to extremely high quality lubricants, we only use genuine original, or manufacturer approved service parts. Our service personnel, working in spacious well lit workshops (13,000 sq. ft. in Nairobi), take personal pride in ensuring a customer’s vehicle not only drives and handles better after its service, but also looks better as each vehicle undergoes a free valet service prior to customer delivery. Whatever your requirements, you can be assured of a first class and professional service at cost effective prices. Our management team, from workshop managers up to company directors are extremely qualified in their field of work with vast experience.
